Add CI, Fix links, Disable warnings as errors #104

This PR:

Fixes the various amount of broken links and removed dead unapplicable links
Adds CI build, link and spelling checks
Refactors the PDF generation slightly to better build on Windows
Removes warning on error until I can fix them
