Suggestion
Vexes, allays, and (possibly) phantoms should drop a full soul when killed with soul binding potion effect, similarly to villagers.
Undecided on how 'ghost' type mobs should be defined, and whether it should be a dynamic category or just an entity tag.
Justification
With the Vex and the new Allay (and arguably the Phantom), there are now 2 (or 3) 'ghost' type mobs in Vanilla MC.
Thematically, they should drop more soul than regular mobs in recognition that, thematically, they basically are just a soul (or ghost or something; the base game lore is open to interpretation).
