Describe the bug
In vanilla when lava+water touch, it makes a block (cobble, obsidian, etc). When Crossroads fluids touch a very different fluid (ex. distilled water+lava), nothing happens.
Expected behavior [Optional]
When a hot fluid and a cold fluid touch, there should be some sort of logical effect, like creating cobblestone. Not sure what that would be for a molten metal + water (we don't want to create ex. infinite free copper blocks), but they shouldn't just happily coexist.
