Added dusts, bricks, nuggets, ingots (and tin ore)

Started to move everything that we talked about before on Discord This one consists of: tin ore(both) ruby(if you want) dusts(can add my clump and gravel masks, but not right here now) bricks(where asked before)

Actually, maybe we can make some github actions (or something else, i didn't use it yet) to automatically create texture packs after updating repo?

I am blind man, I didn't saw before, that resources already in pack format, so we don't actually need script to create it.
