Describe the bug
Unable to create the Liech Wrench by normal Bobo means. Poisonous potato, Hand Crank, Beam Staff, and a forge:wrench (In this case using either an RFTools Smart Wrench, OR Essentials wrench, OR Supplementaries wrench, OR Essentials Circuit Wrench) then using the rod of madness.
Recommend modifying the recipe to use forge:tools/wrench
I verified in NEI that $tools/wrench brings up all appropriate wrenches in the modpack. Running Crossroads-1.19.2-5.1.4.4
