Describe the bug
Both Glass and Crystal Reaction Vessels don't perform any alchemical reactions. They accept reagents, allow for state changes but don't do anything else beyond this point. Neither regular reactions, charge reactions nor catalyst reactions work.
To Reproduce
Just one simple example:
Place down Crystal Reaction Vessel
Insert 1 Redstone and 1 Philosopher's Stone
Nothing happens
Expected behavior
It should have immediately reacted to Aether, Quicksilver and Sulfur Dioxide.

This problem seems to only be present in Crossroads 2.10.1 (Minecraft version 1.20.1), it works fine in Crossroads 2.9.7 (Minecraft version 1.19.4). The reactions also happen normally inside Florence Flasks, only the Reaction Vessels are the problem.
