Suggestion State the effect of ignis infernum/phelostogen as 'Flame burst' in JEI/similar.

Current Behavior [Optional]

Justification Less confusing. Phelostigen/ignis infernum are shown in JEI as having 'no effect', which might lead you to expect that they don't do anything, when in practice they very much do something.
