Currently, Essentials has an Item Shifter, Fluid Shifter, Basic Item Splitter, and Redstone Item Splitter, but no block for splitting fluids between two outputs.

TODO: Add a basic fluid splitter Add a redstone fluid splitter

This has been implemented in the beta version.
