CV sync pulse does not work #1

Tested CV sync with NTS-1 and it does not work. Need to measure pulse length to see if it's 15ms.

Nothing wrong with the pulse length. Stupid mistake with setting on test object, and glitchy breadboard. However, found redundant code and made some clean-up.
