for the graphical bayesian model, you can use pythion package daft in a jupyter notebook; persoanlly, I found it easier to create it in omnigraffle (the figure in ziang's paper) _{View in Slack}

Step 1: Generate and fine-tune individual icons using Rstudio to export .svg images
Step 2: Translate .svg to pdf using inkspace
Step 3: Merge the pdf using latex
