Fix wrong project link #4

Primarily reason for this PR is to fix wrong project link in hex.pm

What was the other reason by the way?

Because of how hex.pm works, they are connected: 1) the URL in mix.exs was wrong. but that's not a bug, it's just a typo - no coder really looks here. 2) hex.pm was showing a wrong URL in the project page (that's how I found it). If hex.pm would be displaying project's page by parsing README file (or whatever) instead of mix.exs, I would probably only report wrong URL in the README file.

So I pushed the docs mix hex.publish docs but I don't think that updates changes to the mix.exs file. Don't think this is worth a patch version but the next release should fix it
