I was getting errors trying to use raxx_view with elixir >= 1.11 These changes make it compile.

I'm not actually actively using eex_html, would you be interested in taking it on.

the changes look sensible, btw. as much as I can tell

Sure. I think I understand it well enough to maintain it. It was my first foray in to macros, but the web has lots of information.
