use API Blueprint files as the router. Should be a Raxx application that routes to actions that are viable Raxx applications themselves

• Prex is a client generator from API blueprints. contact after implemented
• Drafter is required by Prex, it is a OS install has Arch and macOS instructions. failed to install within vagrant. would be best not to require this.
• Snowboard seams to allow api functions from docker, but not exposing the ast. have opened issue to get api elements
• api-elements is a standard representation that stretches to swagger and api blueprint

Don't need to use snowboard, lexx and yacc seam good enough
