bug (security hub): apply correct label to low-level findings

This PR fixes an issue with severity mismatch between CrowdStrike and SecurityHub.

Included in this pr:

• Fix for severity bug
• Updates installer
• Updates lambda zip
• Updates build.sh and adds new script to update lambda zips
• Updates util readme
