update image manifests for v1.2.0 #582

The image manifests for all applications remained the same.

Falcon sensor - Manifest
Falcon container - Manifest
Falcon image analyzer - Manifest
Falcon KAC - Manifest

The new operator image has been published here: Falcon Operator
