(bash) consider supporting master image workflow #355

Currently, the script just installs/configures or downloads the sensor. If someone would like to use this script to create a master image, we would need to support the workflow:

Install/Configure (already exists)
Remove AID (NEW)
- (optionally) set provisioning token
