Prepare for latest regeneration #211

Regenerating from the latest swagger will require additional transformations and changes to the openapi-generator args.

BREAKING: --additional-properties=prefixParameterInterfaces=true changes exported Request types but is required to avoid naming collisions. Bumping to 0.3.0.
