Includes EMP module to spawn an EMP
fixes TFAR dependency so TFAR functionality and zeus modules are only loaded if TFAR is present. The hard dependency on TFAR has been removed.
includes zeus module to set unit or vehicle immune to EMP. Any unit inside the vehicle will likewise be immune to EMP.

Immunity means no destruction of equipment or whiteout player-effect. However still visual effect of the EMP going off.

[x] Check it all works with multiple players
[x] Check the sound levels for effects.
[x] Last local test before player-test and dedicated server test
[x] change icons for seuz modules for fireEMP and EMP immunity

Following requires testing

[x] Electronic stuff gets removed, if unit is non-local. Essential test removeItems command.
[x] Thermal scopes, NV, etc. gets replaced, removed, or unchanged depending on setting
[x] Everything works for multiple players, especially the effects
[x] Units inside EMP proof vehicles are not effected by EMP, and neither is vehicle
