Fixes frequency gaps by changing frequency of each antenna to seperate frequency bands

Will solve #75 and promote uniqueness for each antenna.

WIP, need to get back home and check the basegame configs from BI on the EM config antenna definition to see if I can just change the frequency there, or what is possible.

Changes antenna frequency ranges to:

30-513MHz for military antenna. TFAR tracking, 433-445 for jammer antenna 520-1090 MHz, Experimental antenna, (C-track, Zeus signals, C-motion, future ADSB/Transponder etc.)

TODO:

• [x] Test frequencies in the new bands show up and can be jammed, listened, tracked
• [x] Update wiki with the new configuration
• [x] Test what happens if listening to TFAR 512 MHz channel with ICOM. Does ICOM have enough range to cover entire spectrum?
• [x] Verify C-track dialog and Zeus Set Spectrum dialog works
• [x] Verify drone signals works when using the extra 5 MHz in the upper part of its band.
• [x] Verify that sweep beacon uses the extended frequency range
