The idea behind the SATCOM module right now is setting an object/vehicle as having satellite communication that would "punch through" radio jamming and boosting the range of radio as long as you are within range of the "transceiver" object.
Right now it seems that jamming and SATCOM just fight each other on each tick alternating boosting and reducing the signal strength.
Should be changed for now so that jamming doesn't reapply if the current unit is boosted above 1x. This should make it support the satcom device from another mod that just increases the TFAR multiplier by 4x.
