Jamming not getting cleaned up when vehicle is destroyed #91

Post from steam workshop:

I added jammer for radio on a vehicle Today, vehicle was destroyed and the Yellow circle dissappeared But red one was there and it did Keep jamming.

Also, would be Nice to add like gps jammer for CTAB :)
