add map circle for zeus for signals? #93

Zeus has no way of visualizing how far a signal set by zeus/editor module is. So how far is 3000m? How much would it cover.

Consider adding circles on the map only for zeus. Ideally CBA options for colour and alpha, and a CBA keybind to hide/show them.
