Resolves ineffective/404 issues with a couple links. Also adds a link to the user who inspired initial work.

I've actually realised based on your PR that I named the licence file incorrectly; it should be named LICENCE.

I've created a fix for that; once that's merged would you be happy to rebase your changes?
