What is the requested feature? Standalone interface for running LVK filters on video files rather than during recording or streaming.

Why do you want this feature?

This will allow the filters to be applied to existing video files. Which is beneficial as raw footage can be recorded without committing to the use of an LVK filter, applying them afterwards instead.
This will allow videos to be processed at above real-time speeds. As an example, the video stabilizer can run at about 3ms per frame for a 1080p video. This means a 10 minute 60FPS video could be processed in under 2 minutes at 333FPS.

Possible Use Cases

Editing existing videos (as mentioned above)
Faster testing of filter performance during development.

A basic command-line tool for processing video files will be released in the next major update.
