Updated resources screen #178

With some design help from connor, i reworked the resources section. Here are some screen shots.

Notes: Now tapping on the cell goes directly to the webpage for article and video resources, and goes to the above screen when tapping on an audio resource. Also, now the profile view controller is presented as a modal instead of being pushed onto the navigation stack.

Looks beautiful, well done 👏 I will try to code review once I finally have time, but I like all of the UI changes.
