Cutter assertions in child process #287

Recheck if the assertions in the child process of cutter are tested or not. If not, remove them in test irc module.

It has been confirmed that the assertion failures in the child process are not reported. An issue has been reported on the upstream (https://github.com/clear-code/cutter/issues/22). Until any other update, this is on hold.
