Definitely need to be able to load them from rcrunch
Do we need to be able to do other things? (check whether dataset is a view? create one? delete one?)

Seems to be able to load them, but adding new variables puts them in the personal folder (which rcrunch has no access to). I wonder if new variables should be placed via the public folder endpoint rather than the variables catalog
