Remove all PG14 from installers

I know this issue is closed and merged, and I think I'm OK with this happening, but I'm wondering what the reasoning is for removing PG14 installers from the examples. Postgres 14 is still supported, but does Crunchydata and/or PGO use a different support matrix? I'm probably going to be ok with whatever the answer is, but I'm struggling to find it.
