Internal Patch Error: Patch download error. #6

Whenever I try to download 13.40, near 90-95%, I get the error: Internal Patch Error: Patch download error. A file corruption has occured. Please try again.(FC06). I'm running iOS 15.2.1 non-jailbroken. I've tried reinstalling twice but I get the exact same error. Below is a screenshot of the error:

Fixed, the issue is that I didn't have enough storage, not sure why I didn't get an error stating that instead.
