Safety feature for minimum BG to allow bolus #1

Ensure I don't accidentally muscle memory a bolus when i may be below what I feel is a safe level. Add a setting with a BG value to prevent me blousing when I may be confused or disoriented.

This is a great idea. It might even be worth asking me if my current BG is okay but I'm entering what seems like too large a bolus. (I've noticed I can currently enter a bolus that makes my future BG go negative.)

ALSO, if we notice the user's BG is very low, we could add some additional alerts, in addition to those already provided by the Dexcom app. I'd like one that tells me to call 911 if my BG goes too low, or to inject myself with glucagon.
