I have made changes regarding dialog titles. All added titles are added to the string table

issue #58:

I have:

[x] Fixed the title of the Game Over dialog,
[x] Fixed the title of the About dialog.
[x] Fixed the title of Help dialog
[x] Fixed the title of the Startup dialog
[x] changed the Game Over Score display to a static text label
