Stuck at connecting

Hello. Tried to install CU on my new OLED and it's stuck at connecting. I need to delete home/cryo folder to restart the installation, or else there are no icons or entries in the menu and I don't know what to do really. But each time I try to reinstall, it's the same error. What can I do?

Just one more thing. I don't have a /deck folder in home. just a /.cryo_utilities folder directly in home which contains 2 files, cryo-utilites and launcher.sh.

after a while, the connection times out and tries to reconnect which is ofc unsuccessful.
