Program crashes if the settled command is used on the same user twice. #7

To recreate the bug, use the command settle MEMBER1 /user MEMBER1

This seems to happen regardless of the presence of any expenses at all.

Team's Response

Accepted as a missing exception handling when user inputs the same payer and payee in the settle command but should be a feature flaw instead of functionality bug as it deals with the product design aspect.
