Translations/changes to monsters, ability descriptions, egos.
Change "Protector" class name to "Guardian" as it's more natural (protector works better as "protector of..."). It could also be "Defender" to match the item ego.
Fix two broken settings.

Thanks for the help, merged; I tried to pick a name for the class separate from the 'Defender' ego item - 'Guardian' is fine.
