Images generated by commands that use a browser have URL issues when dealing with non-English characters

• For the player command, non-English characters are erased from the URL intentionally. In the case where the player's name does not contain any English characters, output is nullProfile.png instead.
• For the crew command, non-English characters are seemingly erased automatically. This causes a discrepancy with the image name set in the embedded message itself which in turn causes an undesirable output where the image is placed outside of the embedded message.
