Resource generation #4

Add ore and resource generation that will allow for a challenging but balanced experience for a player during their journey to the planet's surface.

Tin was not being generated due to the mapgen mod. It has been remove so ores which were not being generated will now be generated. Special ores from deep space would be good to add.

Ore generation needs to be rebalanced.
