Add the option to send a recurring emailed report. The report contains information on changes to the system since the last emailed report went out. Information in the report includes:
Total uploads during the period
Unique previews during the period
Unique downloads during the period
Total user registrations during the period
Unique logins during the period
People can come up with their own reasons for why the report is useful. Personally, I just want to know whether the system is being used to gauge whether the project is worth the time investment.
