Fix binance API and add several missing methods #195

This fixes #194

Added also trade_history and all_orders. Implemented also WAPI methods.

@nlsdfnbch I understand you may be very busy, but this PR actually fixes binance (broken) so you may try to find the time to review this PR waiting almost 2 months... or just test a few private calls with the actual dev version, you'll see the binance is broken. Test with this PR, it works. Easy merge ;) cheers

Ah, sorry mate. I simply did not see this PR. My bad. Will review and merge it today. I'm currently moving the projects to gitlab, and didn't pay attention to the github page.
