Update earnings calculator #1291

Earnings calculator should take into account levelling up over the course of the month when determining monthly earnings. There also should be bonus power input added for power gained from souls.

@kcper the new ui doesn't have the earnings calculator icon in there, am I supposed to add it? Or is the earnings calculator being removed entirely?

Old earnings calculator should be reworked to apply leveled up over the course of the month. For example, if a character is currently level 1, the earnings calculator should adjust for the character being leveled up during that month in its calculation of earnings for that month long period. Level up rate should be 90% to take into account a 10% fight loss rate, which is more than enough of a realistic account of an accurate leveling up.

Dropping in to note that with equipment manager being out, the calculator ought to load the equipped weapon's stats into the calculator. We can still retain the ability to switch things up manually.
