Describe the feature and its requirements

The "mint GEN2 souls" feature allows administrators to create and distribute GEN2 souls through the admin panel. It is required that the administrator has the necessary permissions to access and utilize the admin panel, and that the platform is set up to support the creation and distribution of GEN2 souls.

This could be added in a drop-down menu or a separate field like the currently available GEN1 giveaway mint.
