When attempting to create a new special weapon, the admin panel does not prompt a transaction to be approved.
Expected behavior
Enter in special weapon information
Confirm transaction
Special weapon event starts
Current behavior
Enter special weapon information
No transaction pops up to be approved
The boxes that are used to enter in information become blank
No special weapon event starts
