Describe the feature and its requirements

Some changes are needed to the app on Opside testnet.

• Plaza when no character has been recruited yet.
  The bottom line of text should be replaced to say, "You can collect more SKILL here [Opside to provide a link to a SKILL faucet they are putting together] and learn how to collect IDE here [https://docs.opside.network/user-guide/get-some-test-tokens-through-faucet]" https://test.cryptoblades.io/#/plaza?chain=OPSIDE

• Menu when clicking the three bars in the top right corner Arena, raid, bazaar, stake, NFT bridge, and tavern should all be disabled as they are not turned on on Opside testnet

• Play to earn page Disable raid and pvp links https://test.cryptoblades.io/#/play-to-earn?chain=OPSIDE
