I'd have raised this issue in the UI Repo but issues aren't enabled there..
Please improve the UI to direct users who require support to the Crypto-Bridge support channels instead of the Bitshares telegram supergroup/channel - we're having to redirect dozens of users per day from the telegram chat. It's pretty much spam at this point & it's highly likely that the majority of your users are failing to get any form of support.
