Update to new Twitter Handle

Thank you for noticing and updating!

A bit of context here, our old twitter handle (@CFour)has been suspended by Twitter. We've tried to contact them via their support system to get whatever issue resolved but after a number of months we've lost hope and started a new account (@LearnMoreWithC4).
