Why the API key is not enough to use the connexion to Bybit? Can we avoid to use "GUI_PASSWORD = password" "GUI_SESSION_PASSWORD = secret" in .env ?

Why the API key is not enough to use the connexion to Bybit? Can we avoid to use "GUI_PASSWORD = password" "GUI_SESSION_PASSWORD = secret" in .env ? This is for lickhunters own status page served by app.js not for BYBIT website.
