Please add a config for BUYPRICEINBASEPERCENTAGE, default will be 1.0, make it .8 if u want to buy 20% less than the price. Same for SELLPRICEINBASEPERCENTAGE, make it 1.2 if u want to sell at 20%

I think add time condition: buy 20% less than price in 15 min or 30 min. We can earn more. What do you think about that idea?

I'm working on this issue now. I'll be starting on selling at percentages over the purchase price, I'll then start looking into the purchase percentages that are specific to this issue.
