[bug] Replace testnet/stagenet checkboxes with a 'select' dropdown #2

It doesn't make sense to have checkboxes for these items- someone could select testnet AND stagenet currently. These should be replaced with a dropdown menu (Default to mainnet, optionally can select testnet or stagenet) and handled more elegantly on the backend.
