PocketNode doesn't currently allow a person to point another device/wallet on their LAN network at it. The only way to access the PocketNode Monero Node is from the PocketNode device itself, SSH-ing in to the device via Termux, or exposing the device as a Tor Hidden Service.
Solution:
Change default port to 18089
Ensure default port is set to restricted
Ensure restricted-bind-ip and port are set properly
Ensure PocketNode can be accessed from within LAN by default
