I made a few clean-up changes to the js_shellcode script:

The file extension was previously .js, so I corrected it to .py
I cleaned up the argument parsing a bit
I cleaned up some of the Python code itself
It used to only be compatible with Python 2, but I've made it compatible with Python 3 as well
