"You must change screen lock before you use credential storage."
It first appears when the application opens, even before choosing to create an account, then appears again after you've logged in.
I guess this duplicate notice comes with a follow suggestion: can the UI be changed to not suggest credential storage for people who prefer to manually enter it each time?
